Shipping/Pick Up

Shipment Processing time:
All orders are processed within 3-4 weeks. (Shipping not included). Please allow 2-5 business days after processing for shipping. Orders will not be shipped on weekends or holidays. Please be aware that delivery delays are possible, especially around holidays.

Shipment Rates & Delivery Estimates:
We mail using USPS unless your order exceeds a certain weight/size. (Then we will use UPS). Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Size and weight of your items will determine your shipping costs.

International Shipping:
We have and will ship internationally! Shipping costs WILL increase drastically due to the order being shipped out of country.

Why does it take 3-4 weeks for my order to be shipped?

All of our items are made to order, we never carry inventory unless it is November/December. We do this because each item can be customized to the buyers desire. If you are needing your item to be shipped sooner than 3-4 weeks, please contact us IMMEDIATELY. We try to get you your item a the time you are needing it. (A "bump" fee may be charged for moving your order to the top of our lineup - we will let you know if this is required).


How do I cancel my order?
You may only cancel an order in the first 48 hours after your purchase has gone through. This is because we have most likely already begun working on your order. Upon canceling, email plainandsimpledecor@gmail.com with your name, order number, and why you are cancelling.


Every item is well packed in bubble wrap and secured in a corrugated box to ensure your product will get to you safely and unharmed. We understand that sometimes, mistakes happen with the USPS system. (Whether it be loss of package or damaged package). If this is the case, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue at hand. We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your whole experience at Plain&Simple Decor.

 

Local Pick Ups:

You will receive an email stating that your item(s) are ready for pick up. The pick up location and directions will be included in that email. We let items sit in the pick up bin for 2 months. (If you order in January, your item will stay in the bin until the beginning of March.) If you do not pick up your item(s) within the 2 months, we will be taking it out of the bin and reselling at a discounted price OR donating it. You will NOT be reimbursed for a non picked up item; However we can offer you 25% off another item of the same. (If you didn’t pick up a shirt, you can get 25% off a shirt).
